今日は、ハルキという6歳の素晴らしい男の子についてお話しします。
ハルキはとても個性豊かで特別な子です（学ぶ事、特に英語学習において驚くべき才能があります）。
ハルキはわずか1年前に英検4級の勉強を始め、あっという間に全ての分野においてほぼ満点で合格しました。その時ハルキは5歳になったばかり。
それから1年、ハルキは英検3級に合格し、また英検準2級にも合格。全てこの1年での出来事です！
ハルキは今まで、海外で生活したことも無ければ、ベンソン先生との英語レッスンを除いてはその他で英語を学ぶ機会も話す機会もありません。
これって本当に凄いことです！
ですがもちろん、いつでも簡単だった訳ではありません。
ハルキはレッスン中、何か質問に対し間違えてしまったり、ある特定の文法ルールについて理解できなかったり、インタビュー練習で満点を取れなかった場合でも、まるで大人のようにいつでも自分自身にとても厳しいのです。
彼は、自分が全ての英単語・文法の要点・質問を理解しなければいけない、また全分野（リスニング・スピーキング・リーディング・ライティング）において満点を取らなければいけないと思っていたので、よく泣いていました。
しかし、アイコさん(彼にとって最も素晴らしく愛情深い、協力的なお母さん)とベンソン先生はハルキを支え続け、ハルキが1年で成し遂げたことは他の誰でもが出来ることでは無いのだとだと伝え続けました。
そんなハルキの努力し続ける姿・情熱ににハルキのお母さんはとても刺激を受け、感動し、あるレッスン終わりに(お母さん自身が)英検2級をとれるかどうかベンソン先生に尋ねたのです。ベンソン先生は何もためらわず「Yes!」と答えました。
それから、ハルキとお母さんはお互いに助け合い、笑い、泣き、また笑って勉強したのでした。
そして最後には、皆がやり遂げました！ハルキとアイコさんは7月16日に試験を受け、２人共試験に合格したのです！
それは大変長く、挑戦的な旅でしたが、皆がやり遂げました！
試験の日々を終えてから、ハルキは全く別人のようでした。彼は自分に誇りを持ったのです。以前よりも自身を信頼し、また何よりも大切な自信を持つようになりました。

Today, we really want to share our story about an incredible 6 year old boy name Haruki.
Haruki is a really unique and special kid. (who has a really amazing talent for learning especially English.)
Just only one year ago, Haruki just started taking the Eiken 4th grade level and passed the exam really quickly with almost full points in all the categories! He just turned 5 at that time.
One year later, Haruki passed the Eiken Grade 3 and Eiken Grade Pre 2nd! All in one year!
Haruki has never lived or been overseas before. And he never gets to learn or speak English anywhere besides his own English lesson with Benson-sensei!
It is just so amazing!
But of course, it wasn't always easy.
Just like many adults, Haruki was also very strict to himself whenever he made a mistake on a question or couldn't understand a certain grammar rule or not even getting a perfect score on his interview practices during his lesson.
He would often cry because he felt like he should have been able to understand every English vocabulary, every grammar point, every question, and getting fu~ll points on every category of the exam (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
But his most amazing, loving and supportive mother, Aiko, and Benson-sensei continuously supported Haruki and reminding him that he what he is doing is more amazing than anyone can accomplish in just one year!
Haruki's mother was so motivated and moved by her own son's passion to keep trying harder, she asked Benson-sensei if she could take Eiken 2nd grade lesson right after her son's session was finished.
Benson sensei never hesitated to say "Yes"!
And so then, the two of them, Haruki and his mother, continued on studying along side each other. Supporting, laughing, crying, and laughing more!
And til the very end, we did it! Haruki and his mother Aiko both took the exam on the 26th of June and passed the exam!
It was a long and challenging journey, but we did it!
After the exam days were finished, Haruki was a really different person! He was really proud of himself. He had more trust in himself. But most importantly of all, he had more confident in himself.
